John Fleer, chef and owner of Rhubarb restaurant in Asheville confesses that he believes “in the power of the table, the value of passing food, and of sharing stories and listening.”  Chef Fleer is also devoted to the network of small farmers that supply his kitchen with key fresh ingredients. One of his ingredients of choice is goat cheese, which he includes in appetizers and entrees; and in this film we can see how he relates with Chris Owen and her family.
